A chef who has won the prestigious James Beard Award has been appointed as the new culinary director for Destination Kohler.

Chef RJ Cooper has been appointed as the new culinary director for Destination Kohler, the hospitality and real estate division of Kohler Co. As a James Beard Award winner, Cooper will be responsible for enhancing the food and beverage offerings in Kohler, Wisconsin. According to the press release, he will manage all dining establishments within the properties.
