Prince Harry has faced another setback following a heated statement released by the Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle.
The head of a conservative think-tank has announced that he plans to encourage Donald Trump to deport Harry should any evidence surface indicating that the royal provided false information on his US immigration documents.
Nile Gardiner, the director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, made these remarks following a heated statement from Harry and Meghan, in which they condemned Meta for discontinuing its fact-checking initiative.
Gardiner informed the Daily Beast that the couple's engagement in this "highly political issue" would heighten the examination of Harry's immigration status.

Gardiner stated, "If he was untruthful on his application, he ought to be deported," calling it "an issue of clear transparency."
In September 2024, a judge decided that Prince Harry's US visa application would remain confidential, despite Gardiner's firm position on the matter.
In a statement released on Sussex.com, Harry and Meghan criticized Meta for lacking "integrity" and being "profoundly misleading" in its choice to discontinue fact-checking.
The pair asserted that the social media behemoth was "permitting either ambition or financial gain, probably a combination of both, to influence choices that impact billions."
