Real estate giant Panattoni starts work on £280m development near Bristol

US real estate giant Panattoni has begun speculatively developing 1.3 million sq ft of logistics space near Bristol.
The £280m development, Panattoni Park Avonmouth, includes two units of 406,000 sq ft and 882,000 sq ft, the biggest of which Panattoni says will be the UK’s largest-ever speculative warehouse building. Both units are being built in one phase and are expected to be completed in September 2023.
