Birmingham Airport chiefs 'thrilled' as Air India launches new flights to Delhi and Amritsar

Birmingham Airport bosses say they are so thrilled at news of more flights to India that they are doing "backward somersaults of joy".
Air India has announced it is increasing its weekly flights to Birmingham from one to six. It is adding two additional weekly services from Birmingham to Amritsar and three new services to Delhi, with the additional flights phased in between October
