Illinois – Kohl’s has announced it will close 27 underperforming stores nationwide, including two Illinois locations, by April 2025. The move is part of the company’s strategy to streamline operations and focus on long-term growth.
As per a release from Kohl’s, the Illinois locations scheduled for closure include the Plainfield store at 11860 S Route 59 and the Spring Hill store situated at 3000 Spring Hill Ring Road in West Dundee. These shutdowns account for under 3% of the retailer
